Iona Craft leads the women's standings
Skye and Lochalsh runners are gearing up for the Glenbrittle 10-mile trail race this Saturday (6th February).
Registration is at the Fairy Pools car park from 11.30am, and the race starts at 12 noon. The course takes runners around the 10 mile Glenbrittle Forest circuit.
The cost to take part is £5 (or £1 for members of the Skye and Lochalsh Running Club).
Saturday’s race marks the penultimate event of the SLRC’s five-race winter series.
So far the men’s races have all had different winners. Chris James won the first race at Broadford, with Jeremy Roissiter winning the race at Braes and Sandy Laing at Glenmore. Iona Craft leads the women’s standings after notching up two first places and a second from the three races so far.
