A Kyle mum and daughter are undertaking the Swim22 challenge in aid of Diabetes UK.
Eilidh Fraser and daughter Hollye have been regulars at the Lochalsh Leisure Centre since signing on to the challenge, which sees participants swim 22 miles – the equivalent of the English Channel – in their local pool.
Eight-year-old Hollye was diagnosed with type one diabetes last year and both she and her mum are keen to support Diabetes UK.
Hollye previously undertook a six-mile charity cycle for the charity, raising around £800. The pair are being helped to reach their target by fellow swimmers at the pool, if you would like to make a donation, see justgiving.com/Eilidh-Fraser
