Building a giant tetrahedron was the highlight of the day for P7 pupils at Portree Primary School this week.
Neil Mackinlay, a quantity surveyor with Robertson Construction, is pictured with pupils Archie MacDonald and Charlotte Gordon as they put the finishing touches to the structure.
Mr Mackinlay was accompanied on the day by Debbie Borthwick, a career advisor with the Construction Industry Training Board. The two spent a couple of hours with the children creating the tetrahedron, and giving some useful tips and insight into the construction industry along the way.
Robertson Construction recently installed biomass units at the school.
