Over 40 artists exhibit work at Lochalsh Art Fair

The sixth annual Lochalsh Art Fair was held in Dornie last week, featuring around 120 pieces of work by 41 artists from across Lochalsh and Skye.

The five day exhibition in Dornie Hall was well supported by both locals and visitors to the area, while local primary and high school pupils were also engaged by the variety of work on show.

All 750 visitors to the exhibition were once again asked to vote for their favourite piece, with this years “peoples choice” being Nicky Dagnall’s “Stormy Skye”, an atmospheric pastel of two sheep on the hill.
