A successful RNLI charity day was held at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle on Harris last weekend, raising £2,400. Taking place in the castle grounds, the day raised funds for Leverburgh RNLI and featured a wide range of activities to entertain all the family. In addition, the RNLI sea safety tent offered maritime advice and free lifejacket checks. A spokesperson for the Leverburgh RNLI said that “everyone gave generously” and extended thanks to Ian Scarr Hall for hosting the event.
